Pune Recruitment 2025 : मराठवाड़ा मित्र मंडल (Marathwada Mitra Mandal Pune) के लोहगांव (पुणे) और अन्य स्थानों पर चल रहे निर्माण परियोजनाओं के लिए साइट इंजीनियर (क्लर्क ऑफ वर्क्स) पद के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं। इस पद पर चयनित उम्मीदवार को संस्था के अधीन कार्य करना होगा और आर्किटेक्ट के तकनीकी मार्गदर्शन में काम संभालना होगा।

साइट इंजीनियर (क्लर्क ऑफ वर्क्स)
● शैक्षणिक योग्यता:
BE (सिविल) में न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष का अनुभव या
डिप्लोमा इन सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में न्यूनतम 7 वर्ष का अनुभव
● तकनीकी कौशल:
BOQ (बिल ऑफ क्वांटिटीज), QA (क्वालिटी एश्योरेंस), RA बिल जांच और साइट प्रबंधन में अनुभव
AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel और MS Projects का ज्ञान
निर्माण गुणवत्ता प्रक्रियाओं और टेंडर प्रक्रिया की समझ
ई-मेल और टेलीफोन संचार कौशल के साथ कंक्रीट, स्टील आदि के परीक्षण की जानकारी
● मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
साइट की निगरानी, बिलों की जांच, सामग्री समन्वय और गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण
ठेकेदारों और सलाहकारों के साथ समन्वय
परियोजना की प्रगति की निगरानी और रिपोर्ट तैयार करना
साइट मीटिंग्स आयोजित करना और आवश्यक दस्तावेज तैयार करना
● आवेदन प्रक्रिया:
योग्य उम्मीदवारों को 7 दिनों के भीतर अपना बायोडाटा, पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो और प्रमाणपत्रों की स्वयं-अटेस्टेड प्रतियां ई-मेल के माध्यम से भेजनी होंगी।

The selected candidate will work under the institution’s authority and handle responsibilities under the technical guidance of the architect.
● Position Name:
Site Engineer (Clerk of Works)
● Educational Qualification:
BE (Civil) with a minimum of 5 years of experience OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience
● Technical Skills Required:
Experience in BOQ (Bill of Quantities), QA (Quality Assurance), RA Bill Verification, and Site Handling
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and MS Projects
Understanding of Construction Quality Processes and Tender Procedures
Good communication skills (Email & Phone) and knowledge of concrete and steel testing at the site
● Key Responsibilities:
Site monitoring, bill verification, material coordination, and quality control
Coordination with contractors and consultants
Monitoring project progress and preparing reports
Conducting site meetings and handling necessary documentation
